THE RESERVATION OFFICE IS OPEN FROM 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM. CHECK-IN:
1. 15 days before your arrival, you will receive our request of tourist tax payment via a link (approximately
€4 per person per night).
2. 15 days before your arrival, you will receive our request of check in online with the information for each guest (for registration at the Municipality and Police Headquarters) and the estimated time of arrival in Venice. A credit card will also be required to guarantee payment of the stay, the tourist tax and for any damage to the property.
3. Check-in is at 3:00 PM. The day of arrival, only after we have verified your documents and paid the tourist tax, you will receive the access codes to the property and the information for luggage storage.
4. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the current legislation pursuant to the European Parliament Regulation No. 679/2016. 679/2016.
CHECK OUT:
1. Check-out must be done no later than 11:00 AM.
2. If a guest don't respect the check-out time, Logica Hospitality reserves the right to charge a supplement equal to the price of one night's stay. Logica Hospitality also reserves the right (in the moment that the room needs to be prepare for the next arrival) to prepare all the stuffs and personal effects of each guest and store them in the luggage storage.
Luggage/Personal Effects Storage:
LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE ROOM BEFORE CHECK-IN OR AFTER CHECK-OUT.
Logica Hospitality assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or items in guest custody.

Any requests for additional cleaning, sheets, or towels are subject to an additional charge and must be requested in advance via email to [email protected].
Regarding the neighborhood, we ask to all our guests to respect the quiet hours in fource in Venice: do not disturb from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. If these hours are not respected due to complaints from neighbors or other guests, any fines will be charged to the guest. These hours must be respected in all the nearest and relevant areas of the property (gardens, terraces, balconies, common areas, stairways, etc.).
All guests arriving in Venice must be registered with the Police Headquarters, and the number of guests must comply with the exact capacity of the room. If guests voluntarily host friends and/or relatives without notifying the property, Logica Hospitality will not be responsible for any fines, which will be borne by the guest.
Before booking any accommodation, all guests must be aware of the local laws in force in Venice/Veneto/Italy. Any requests from guests that violate the above mentioned laws will not be considered. Therefore, Logica Hospitality will reject any complaints related to these obligations.
Since specific waste disposal regulations apply throughout Venice, guests are required to follow the regulations posted in their rooms.
Any fines Logica Hospitality receives for improper behavior during their stay will be charged to the guest. NO SHOW: If the guest does not show up, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Within 12 hours of check-in, guests must report to Logica Hospitality any defects in the provided equipment, damage found in the room, any malfunctions of systems or appliances, and anything the guest deems inappropriate for the reservation. This notification must be sent to our reservations office (the information required for this assistance will be included in the documents the check-in assistant will provide you with upon check-in).
By booking our room, the guest accepts the hotel's rules and declares that they have read and approved the above rules.
